New Business

Our focal point is to acquire and attain more and more new business. We are in the process of working in different segments. Several new drives have been run so as to engage more with the customers. There are different channels and modules under which our teams are working to increase the business volume. We are working towards a collaborative approach which is required to lower down the complaint ratio and aim towards growth opportunities. In this FY, all our teams are aiming and directing to achieve at least 3 Cr business.

Persistence

Renewing an insurance plan is as important as buying the same. Our assurance to you is to score a minimum of 70% in M13. The rest of our unit is in full persuasion to take the persistence book to 75-80%; we have our dedicated renewal team who allocate significant resources to enhance persistency and improve renewal collection. There has been an increasing focus on improving Renewal Persistency.
